Service Description
Book our meeting room, kitchen, or outdoor areas for your event or function. Booking prices include the refundable damage/cleaning deposit of $100 for non-commercial use, and $200 for commercial use.
Policies
-Bookings may be placed, but will NOT be reserved and approved until payment for booking and deposit are received in person by the district secretary. Once payment is received your spot will be approved and confirmed. Bookings are reserved on a first paid, first reserved basis, no exceptions. -The District may waive hourly fees on memorials for residents and for some civic/community uses; however, a the refundable damage/cleaning deposit shall be required prior to booking approval. -Deposits will be returned after use fees are paid and the facility has been inspected by a district representative to assure that there is no damage to District property, there is no missing District property, and that all tables and chairs, have been properly cleaned and returned to where they were found. The user will be responsible for the actual costs of any repairs of damage, replacement of missing property or cleaning deemed necessary by the District, as a result of this use. -To serve food to the public, the Renter is responsible for all requirements and conditions of the Lewis County Health Department. -The Renter is responsible for the removal, and disposal any trash generated during event, the District dumpster is not to be used without specific authorization. -Non-commercial: The use fee shall be $20.00 per hour or a minimum fee of $60.00, set up and clean up time is inclusive. The District requires a $100.00 refundable damage/cleaning deposit. -Commercial: The use fee shall be $200.00 per day, set up and clean up time inclusive. The District requires a $200.00 refundable damage/cleaning deposit. -At no time will the District be responsible for non-department owned equipment left on site. -By booking and signing electronically, I have read and understand this Agreement and the Facility Use Policy. I agree it is my responsibility to inform my guest(s), organization, and others that may be present while I use the Fire District’s facilities, property, or equipment, of this Agreement and the Facility Use Policy and I assume full liability as stated herein. -You also agree that will be a $50.00 charge for any NSF checks.
